I just bought this theme…..it has a a sorta like 3-D dimensional effect to it. I like the theme..wish the lettering was a bit bigger, but it’s fine. I am waiting for Wednesdays theme special.

How can I put more icons on the home page, other than the four that originally started?

Just scroll left and you’ll find more icons (or scroll right to find TodayPreview).

Really digging this theme, only two things I wish could be changed. I have the theme for the 8530 and the icons do seem a little smaller than I had anticipated but I still can read the type. Also I noticed one obvious bug. When you slide over from the SMS preview window, any message type you have up will sometimes stay up when you move to the right to see your 4 four icons. So in essence you see a print of the type on your wallpaper. The only way I can get rid of it is to cycle back to the SMS, Calender, and Messages window and then back to the icons. Other than that I love this theme. Very wallpaper friendly. At first I didn’t like the choice of the green bird for the BBM icon cause I thought it would make me think Twitter but I have grown to like it now. Keep up the great work!!!

Hesitated on getting this theme because ‘it had been done before’ but jumped in with the 50% realizing it had not been done by HedoneDesign team. Absolutely great theme to add to my long list of themes from you. Icons and scrolling are superb and give the theme a unique and classy look to my Blackberry.

I recently lost my team of Bulgarian Physics students who were helping me to see what the icons were trying to tell me on one of Hedone’s competitors themes (it’s like reading bones but sans chicken) due to an incident with the Canadian Lacrosse team and something to do with a spatula – or something like that anyway… I forget… As much as I love a background on an icon, the current batch of themes from just about everyone (else) have a very “Jackson Pollock” feel about them – pretty, yes, but basically looking like the visual output of a migraine (and, more often than not, they tend to induce a migraine).

As I’ve stated previously in my posts, I love, love, love the fact that the designers at Hedone take into consideration the CLARITY of their themes and the icons associated with those themes. “Sense” is beautiful and urbane – not for a moment forgetting the aesthetic appeal needed to induce you to WANT to use the theme but, above all else, usable by just about anyone. Prettier than a Taco Bell at 3:00am (everything is relative), “Sense” moves without any hangs or delays – pure liquidity and digital grace.

The main-screen aka “Command Center” (as I like to call it) consists of a blank slate upon which your messages, calendar appointments (1:00pm, World Domination, 2:00pm, Manicure, etc., ad infinitum) and, should you not have your SMS/MMS combined with your inbox, a slot for that too. At the bottoms of the screen, you have your sound profiles, a phone button you’d have to wear telescopes as eyeglasses to miss and, of course, a place to manage connections (cellular, wifi and Bluetooth) You have TWELVE customizable icons on two alternate home-screens that you will find yourself playing with more often than is necessary (or healthy for that matter). DFK is still there like the date you wished would never end (and, thanks to Hedone, doesn’t). You know that you are getting something (as a Beta tester) that has been put through just about every pace that something CAN be put through. I’ve tried to crack it and/or crash it to no avail. Nada. I am afraid I will just have to wait for my evil plans to come to fruition (“Don’t Cry For Me Argentina” starts playing in the background) at another time (sigh).

I love the ‘Sense’ theme and have purchased almost every one available out there. Now that you guys have made on, I had to have this one as well. One thing though. What happened to the large, oversized clock on the home screen I see on all other iterations of this theme? I think that’s all this one is missing. As usual, keep up the good work guys!
