Mobihand’s download issues

Few days ago we had customer service filed with mails saying you can’t download your themes. I decided to gave you some more informations on that so you will understand how our store works and where to ask for support if you dont get your download link in let’s say two hours after buying it.

After one of (now really satisfied) our customer post his problem blaming us on one of forums, David from Mobihand step it in and explain problems they had and apologize in Mobihand’s name. 

As many of you already know our store runs trough Mobihand. It’s really simple reason for that! They have no security issues and are trusted brand on the internet for a long time! And as we try to provide only the best for our customers there was no one else with better offer than they!

Just to make sure you all understand why sometimes you don’t get your download mail and where to turn if you don’t, here is what David posted: “We have recently implemented a new feature in our product management system that makes it easier for developers to add themes and other products to the MobiHand catalog, and makes it easier for customers to make sure they are downloading the correct product. It involves creating a virtual product which groups a number of different ‘flavors’ of the product, such as a theme with different downloads for different devices. Unfortunately, in some cases the system is incorrectly delivering the virtual product rather than an actual product, and the user doesn’t receive a link to downloadable product files. We are working hard right now to identify and fix this issue.

If this happens to you, please contact customersupport (at) mobihand (dot) com, and tell them which product you purchased, the device you need it for, and either the email address you used to purchase it, or the order number. Usually within minutes (max a few hours), our support team will provide a link to the files you need. 

Sorry to all for the inconvenience, and to Hedone Hawker, who makes these great themes that so many people want!

I don’t know what to say… here… check for your self what Thomas wrote: “First, this theme is awesome!  When I first saw it, I was impressed and when I first used it I was even more impressed.  The detail that Hedone Design puts into their themes is ridiculous.  I have used a bunch of premium themes that at first sight look amazing, but fall a bit short when I use them.  This is definitely not the case with Se7en.”
